Ingredients

Method

Melt the butter with the sugar & golden syrup then let it bubble for approx. 2 minutes

Add the dry ingredients & mix well

Place walnut sized portions (well spaced) on to a well greased baking sheet, approx. 12 to a sheet

Bake in 150°c (fan oven) for 17 minutes [gas mark 3 / Beko level 1]

Leave on baking sheet for 2 minutes then loosen them with a spatula to prevent sticking

Leave to cool on baking sheet
