Vegan Soda Bread
Ingreidents
- 200g plain flour
- 150g wholemeal flour
- 50g oats (I use 20g oats + 30g of seed mix) & extra to sprinkle on top
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 300ml neutral tasting dairy free milk
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or lemon juice
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add milk (which has been curdled by previously adding white wine vinegar/lemon juice)
1lb loaf tin
Sprinkle oats / seed mix on top
Gas mark 5 for 40 minutes
