Combine sugar, eggs and oil & vanilla in a bowl. Stir in flour,
cinnamon, soda & salt - mix well. Add in carrot, coconut, pineapple and
walnuts. Pout into a pan & coojk for about 50 minutes @ 170 degrees

6 ozs cream cheese @ room temperature
1⁄2 cup melted butter
1⁄4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
3 - 4 cups of icing sugar
Combine cheese, butter, milk, vanilla & salt in a bowl, blend well.
Beat in enough sugar to make mix spreadable.
