FD Chicken Stir Fry

- 140g chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- Half a squeezed lemon
Cut chicken fillet cut into strips and fry all in non-stick pan, until
browned and sealed
Add
- 50g sugar snap peas
- 100g finely sliced cabbage
- 160g carrots, cut into thin strips
And cook for 5-10 more minutes until chicken is cooked, adding water if
necessary
