Creamy Chicken Dip
- 100g / 4 ozs cooked skinned chicken
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 150 ml / 1⁄4 pint of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- salt & pepper
Method
Process chicken, add garlic, mayonnaise, puree & seasoning until well blended. Serve chilled.
Serve with crackers / melba toast / crudites.
