Method 1. Cook onion, pepper, beef & garlic.
Add tomato puree, stock, cumin, cayenne pepper, chilli powder, oregano & salt. Cover & reduce heat. Simmer for approx. 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in beans, cover & simmer for a further 2⁄3 minutes until the beans are heated through.
Serve with boiled rice and / or garlic bread.
