Cornflake Cakes

Ingredients

• 200g/8oz chocolate
• 2tbsp/30ml golden syrup
• 50g/2oz unsalted butter
• ornflakes

Method

1. Melt the chocolate with the syrup and butter.
2. Add enough cornflakes to mix.
3. Spoon the mixture into paper cases and allow to set.
